Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the 55ace platform ("55ace", "we", "us", "our") accessible at https://55ace.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the 55ace website, mobile interface, services, games, betting markets and any associated content.

55ace is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform designed for players in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. All content is presented in English. Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

55ace does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and is not endorsed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User on the 55ace platform, used to access services, hold a balance and place wagers.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any eligible bonus funds, displayed in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or matched-deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the applicable promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process pursuant to which 55ace may require documentary evidence of identity, age, address and source of funds.
• "Platform" means the 55ace website (https://55ace.cam), any associated mobile interface and all services, games and markets accessible through those channels.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, or from which 55ace does not accept players.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion functionality available within the Account settings.
• "Wagering Requirement" (or "Rollover") means the minimum aggregate wager amount that must be placed using bonus funds before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×20).
• "We / Us / Our / 55ace" means the operator of the 55ace platform and its authorised affiliates, agents and licensors.
• "You / User / Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the 55ace platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable bonus terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the effective date of the change.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person and at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or by the operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor or close family member of any employee or contractor of 55ace or any associated entity;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated by 55ace for breach of these Terms;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete, and you will maintain its accuracy throughout the life of your Account;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• You have independently verified, and accept, that your participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 55ace may close all but one Account, forfeit associated bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, permit access to your Account by any third party, or use another person's Account. 55ace will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to notify 55ace immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 55ace recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 55ace may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds. Required documents may include a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and any other documentation deemed necessary by 55ace or its compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account restrictions or closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, applicable fees and estimated processing times are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Payment method availability is determined by 55ace at its sole discretion and may vary depending on your location, account verification status and other factors. References to payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) on this platform are contextual references only. None of these providers endorse or support gambling on the 55ace platform.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before a withdrawal can be processed;
• Real-money funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, unless otherwise specified;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, for AML compliance purposes;
• 55ace reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

55ace may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are displayed in full at the time the offer is presented.

The following general principles apply to all bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet all eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, household or shared device, unless stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and qualifying markets are stated in the individual promotion;
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited;
• 55ace reserves the right to refuse, modify, reclaim or cancel any bonus in the event of suspected abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms;

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a wager on the Platform, you accept the applicable sporting or game rules as published by 55ace. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct odds at the time of settlement, 55ace reserves the right to void or correct affected wagers at its reasonable discretion.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 55ace:

• All bets are final once confirmed, except where specifically permitted by the applicable sports rules or where technical errors affect market integrity;
• Wagers placed on events that have already commenced or concluded (where this was not a live in-play market) may be voided at 55ace's discretion;
• In the event of a technical interruption during a casino game round, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined and settled in accordance with the game provider's rules and recorded game-server data;
• 55ace does not claim any official partnership or association with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any other sporting body. Cricket and other sports are referenced as betting markets only;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per event, market and account level are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change;
• 55ace reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse wagers or close markets at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating or knowingly benefiting from multiple Accounts;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, KYC or payment processing;
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes, facilitates or enables money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technological means to interact with the Platform, place wagers or exploit game mechanics;
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds-pricing system. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are subject to forfeiture;
• Abusing bonus systems through patterns of wagering designed primarily to extract bonus funds while circumventing the commercial intent of promotions;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy or other means;
• Attempting to access, interfere with or damage the Platform's infrastructure, databases or back-end systems.

Responsible Gambling

55ace is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or recovering losses.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount a User may deposit into their Account;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds within a defined period, after which further wagering is restricted until the period resets;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration settings, after which the User is automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding the User of the duration and cost of their current session;
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary suspension of Account access for a period between 24 hours and six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent closure of Account access, available for periods of six months, one year, five years or indefinitely.

Once a cooling-off or self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed during the elected period. 55ace will endeavour to suspend all promotional communications to self-excluded players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, layout, graphics, text, images, audio, video, trademarks and trade names — is the property of 55ace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying or distributing Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the Platform's software;
• Using 55ace's trademarks, logos or brand assets in any manner without explicit authorisation;
• Scraping or automated data extraction from the Platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55ace makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds or freedom from technical error.

55ace shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform due to technical issues, force majeure events or regulatory requirements;
• Incorrect wager placement by the User;
• Losses resulting from participation in gambling where such activity is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law;
• Unauthorised access to or use of an Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security;
• Reliance on any information presented on the Platform as betting advice or financial guidance — no content on 55ace constitutes financial advice;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory applicable law, 55ace's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the net real-money deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

55ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated by reference;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or law-enforcement directive;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period as specified in the Platform's dormancy policy;
• Where continued operation of the Account is deemed commercially untenable or contrary to the Platform's responsible gambling obligations.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach by the User, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable obligations may be forfeited. In all other cases of closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the User following completion of applicable due diligence, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.

Amendments to These Terms

55ace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, unless changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55ace is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 55ace's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at the address below.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the requirements of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents a User from pursuing remedies available to them under mandatory consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
