Gambling should always be a source of entertainment — never a way to solve financial problems or recover losses. This page sets out 55ace's commitment to player wellbeing and the tools available to help you stay in control.
Responsible gambling means approaching betting and casino games as entertainment you can afford — where the amount you spend is budgeted in advance, time limits are respected, and outcomes are accepted as uncertain by nature. It is the opposite of chasing losses or treating gambling as an income stream.
55ace builds responsible gambling tools into the core of the platform. These are not settings buried in a help section — they are accessible within three navigation steps from any page in your account. We also do not send promotional materials to players who have set limits or activated exclusions.
For players across Pakistan — in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — gambling on online platforms should always be approached with awareness of the applicable legal context. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts certain forms of gambling. Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice. Players must independently determine whether participation is lawful in their circumstances.
Decide in advance the maximum PKR amount you are comfortable losing that session. Once it is gone, stop — do not deposit more.
Use 55ace's session timer to cap how long you play in a sitting. Regular breaks — even during a PSL match — help maintain perspective.
Increasing bets to recover a losing streak is one of the most common patterns associated with problem gambling. Each bet is independent — past losses do not affect future outcomes.
Never use funds earmarked for bills, rent, school fees or family expenses. Gambling money should come from your discretionary entertainment budget only.
If you feel that gambling is no longer fun and is becoming a compulsion, use the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek professional support.
Every tool below is accessible from your 55ace account settings. They are binding once activated — we cannot reverse them during the elected period, by design.
Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month in PKR. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are processed until the period resets. You can reduce a limit immediately; increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
Cap the maximum PKR amount you can lose within a set period. When your loss limit is reached, all wagering is suspended for the remainder of that period — deposits remain accessible but cannot be used for betting or gaming until the reset.
Set a maximum session duration. When the time limit expires, the platform will log you out automatically. You can set limits from 30 minutes up to 8 hours per session. A 5-minute warning appears before your session ends.
Choose to receive on-screen notifications at set intervals — every 15, 30 or 60 minutes — reminding you how long you have been playing and your net position for that session. A simple prompt to pause and reflect before continuing.
Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account. Choose from 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks or up to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, all betting, gaming and promotional communications are suspended. The period cannot be shortened.
Permanently or long-term close your access to the 55ace platform. Options include 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or indefinite exclusion. Once activated, the account is immediately locked. All marketing and promotional communications stop. Reinstatement after a timed period requires a cooling-off review — indefinite exclusions are permanent.

The 55ace platform is restricted to adults. The minimum age is 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction or the operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater. Age alone does not make participation in gambling lawful in Pakistan — local laws including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may restrict gambling.
Age verification is conducted as part of the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process. 55ace may request documentary evidence of age — such as a copy of a Pakistani CNIC — at any point. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, access to betting, gaming and withdrawals is suspended until verification is complete. Winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending age confirmation.
If you suspect that someone under the age of 18 has registered on the platform or is accessing your account, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and will act on all such reports promptly.
Or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. No exceptions.
Identity and age verified via government-issued documents before withdrawals are processed.
Parents and guardians can use third-party filtering tools to block access to gambling sites on shared devices.
Any account found to belong to a minor is immediately closed and funds forfeited per our Terms & Conditions.
Problem gambling can develop gradually. Being aware of the warning signs — in yourself or someone close to you — is the first step toward getting help.
Spending more PKR on gambling than you originally intended, or more than you can afford to lose
Repeatedly going back to win back money you have lost — chasing losses
Finding it difficult or impossible to stop gambling, even when you want to
Neglecting family, work, studies or social relationships because of time spent gambling
Hiding gambling activity from family members, friends or colleagues
Borrowing money, selling assets or using bill money to fund gambling deposits
Feeling anxious, irritable or depressed when not gambling, or when trying to reduce gambling
Needing to gamble with increasingly larger PKR amounts to feel the same level of excitement
Gambling to escape personal problems, stress, depression or anxiety rather than for entertainment
Spending significantly more time gambling than originally planned, especially late at night
Lying to others about gambling activity, wins or losses
Withdrawing from family and social life, losing interest in activities you previously enjoyed

If gambling is causing stress, financial harm or relationship difficulties, you are not alone. The following types of support are available.
Gambling disorder is a recognised condition that responds well to professional support. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in particular has strong evidence for gambling-related problems. Consider speaking with a licensed counsellor or psychologist. In Pakistan, mental health professionals are available in major cities including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad through private practice and hospital outpatient services.
Telling a trusted family member or close friend about a gambling problem often reduces the sense of isolation that makes it worse. Many people find that speaking openly — even once — makes it easier to take the next practical step, whether that is setting limits, taking a break or seeking professional help.
International responsible gambling organisations such as GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous provide freely accessible guidance, self-help tools and peer support networks. These resources are available in English and many other languages. They are reference points only — 55ace cannot verify their current availability or services, and does not have an affiliation with these organisations.
The most immediate action you can take is to activate self-exclusion from within your 55ace account. This takes effect immediately and blocks all access to betting, gaming and promotional communications. For options of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion. You can also contact us directly and our team will assist with immediate account restriction.
Our support team handles responsible gambling queries as a priority. If you are in distress or need your account restricted urgently, email [email protected] with the subject line "Urgent — Responsible Gambling". Support is available in both English and Urdu, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If gambling has created significant financial difficulty, consider speaking with a financial counsellor or debt management service. In Pakistan, some banks including HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank offer financial counselling services through their customer care channels — these are independent of 55ace and are mentioned here as general references only.
If you feel confident that gambling is a form of entertainment you can enjoy responsibly, explore the 55ace platform. If you have concerns, set your limits first or reach out to our support team before playing.
🔞 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Gambling involves financial risk. Local laws including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may restrict participation. Not available where prohibited.
